MEET MIKAYLA

MB Hair + Massage first opened its doors in 2020. The director, Mikayla Breen has been in the hair and beauty industry for 10 years, hosting a wealth of knowledge and expertise under her belt. In 2017, Mikayla underwent her qualifications to obtain her Diploma of Massage Therapy which she completed in 2019, adding to her skillset and qualifications.

Throughout her journey as a dedicated Hairdresser and Massage Therapist, Mikayla has built up a substantial client base and reputation throughout Launceston and greater regions. In 2019, she accepted the position within Old Launcestonians Football Club as their onsite massage therapist in which she worked outside of her hours at the salon and at home providing massage therapy to her clients.  

Mikayla’s dream has always been to create a salon and space of her own, to provide her clients with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where she could ensure that each individual received a personalised and professional service.  

That same year, Mikayla along with the help and support of her partner Toby, started the foundations of what would become MB Hair + Massage. A salon was built and the dream was becoming a reality. Countless late nights went in to ensuring that only the best quality products were being offered to clients and that their experience at MB Hair + Massage would be second to none.
